At first glance, the 2005 EmmaLily's Dos Niña's Cabernet Sauvignon color explodes dark and inky with burgundy highlights. The fruit forward nature of this vineyard provides plenty of cherry, current and berry flavors to the nose and pallet. We extend the maceration to reduce the fruit dominance, while enhancing the earthy tones and |
