The finish extends the flavors with a balanced acidity and a realization of the many flavors emerging in your mouth beyond initial taste, long after the sip is gone. This wine was made in eight micro-fermentations, Hand selected barrels of each style combined to focus on the beginning, middle and end of your wine experience.
